Sums It Up…..

emptyness 

It might seem strange

but this is true

I have no thoughts

to offer you

It seems to me

so hard to find

a single idea

in my mind

Maybe last night

someone came

and scurried off

with my brain

if you see them

please let me know

‘Cos I’m trying hard

not to let it show

So? Do I need one?

let me ponder

as my brain

goes on it’s wander

Two and two

does that make….  5?

‘tis near enough

maybe I’ll survive…..!!

    Hi hun! 🙂

    I don’t usually get a hangover with JD – wine, yes, every time – so I was OK, but JD is an expensive drink so I usually buy Clark’s 1866 bourbon and enjoy a bottle that lasts a few days as I drink for the taste, not the effect, so I stop after a couple of glasses!

    I used to be a Rocker and a heavy drinker, but these days I’m more sedate!

    I don’t watch a lot of TV – I prefer Mr Basil Rathbone’s portrayal of the Character, but I guess that’s because I had good memories of living with my grandparents on the farm, the only place I was ever safe!

    Hmmm… OK – Consider this curve ball: Pat and Neil have been fighting again and Pat had to spend some time in bed with a ‘water infection’.

    Here’s hoping no bruises were involved…

    No more alcohol for me now hun – I’m kind of sedate these days! 🙂

    Yes, I’m feeling much better! 🙂

    I’m with you on the milk – I buy 10 litres of UHT milk in case the weather or a bad episode means I can’t go shopping.

    I’ve enjoyed my racing, but I love chatting with everyone on WordPress – you are all the highlight of my day!!! 🙂

    I have my lottery ticket and my dream – let’s hope we BOTH win!!! LoL!!!

    Did you write this with me in mind? My brain isn’t working as fast these days as it usually does. It can be quite scary and nerve wracking to be talking to a co-worker and suddenly can’t remember their name. Yeah, I have had my share of brain farts lately. In fact I had a couple this afternoon…. almost blew my ball cap off. 🙂
