You hide there deep in the shadows,
tell me, dost thou wait for me

something other
than a fear rising dark in my mind,
couldst thou be standing watch o’er me,
a guide, without whom I’d search blind.
There be no answer forthcoming,
it seems that trust is the key,

I never know how a shape will ‘form’ Eva, after I’ve finished (mind you ’tis never finished as such, I just force myself to STOP) a poem, I play about and see if something relates to the words.. .If it doesn’t I just leave it looking erm.. tidier?… I think I’m a natural dark person … it appeals so… 😉 xxx

Always are we watched! whether we walk in the shadows or in the light!.. … We perhaps tend to always think of the watchers as being dark lurking in the shadows… Trusting IS the key..

I like your take on the watcher Sir Aquatom, he seemed to be away last night, (mayhap it’s his Bank Holiday weekend too!!) … so I was up late, unable to sleep perchance to dream… The formatting and shaping I play about with a lot, just to see what I can achieve. 😉 … mayhap I am a pernickety person, but it adds something to my enjoyment too… xxx
