I dream, as you do, and it’s always so
but the dream escapes with ease
flies before me,tempting and slow
slipping through fingers, light as you please
It seems to mock the light of day
bringing new thoughts and fears
It offers much, what can I say?
promising an end to morbid tears
“Come with me and live your dream”
the beguiling voice doth sigh
but things are not always as they seem
can you live the dream or be it a lie?

I love this one, it is just so true, dreams are just like wraiths of smoke or early morning mist, you get a fleeting glimpse, then it’s gone, and the harder you grasp, the more it slips out of mind.
